Tiny Robots Pin Set

Hey folks!

I've just locked orders and initiated card charging (and the address locking procedure) for everyone who have filled out their survey. Addresses will fully lock for everyone who has successfully charged in 2 days and I will begin shipping your orders. :) You can change your address any time up until the 2 days are up. I currently have 11 backers who need to fill out their surveys, and 4 backers with declined cards. Please make sure to finish and/or fix these so I can get rolling on shipping your stuff out ASAP!

So, hoping that we catch in time before the USPS increases shipping by 8% on April 26th, I'm sending out smoke tests and then the actual surveys. Please make sure to get these done ASAP as it will likely only be a week or so before these pins arrive and I can start shipping them out!

Woot woot!

We're well on our way. Now that funds have been disbursed and the lovely manufacturers are back from CNY, the designs have all been ordered, figured out, and approved. Now we're in making mode! If you're new to the pin making business, this means that the manufacturer tends to go quiet until everything is shipped out. Since the pins are pretty simple (only one color for the fill) I expect this to go pretty quickly.

BUT, we did get the stickers and backing cards...


They can't seem to get the stickers right, however... So I keep getting all kinds of misprints. We're about to get it right though. BUT the misprints will be available for like idk $1? in the pledge manager store when you do your survey if you want more bots!

Hey folks! The tiny robots campaign ended on Thursday, but I was saving my first post-campaign update so I could send you a HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY greeting!



I've got backing cards ordered, sticker sheets ordered, and the manufacturer inquiry is out (they sent me an email saying they'd get back to me). Lunar New Year is happening Feb 17th through Feb 27th, so over in China they celebrate for the entire time, so it is very likely I won't hear back from them for a couple of weeks. This is totally normal! If you've ever backed pins before, you know there can be a few months of quiet time before there's any actual updates. Just hang tight and I'll let you know the next big one!
